Runner’s have beliefs and opinions on injury prevention. In fact, this is an area receiving much study in the academic world as it helps to influence education and treatment approaches. Occasionally, these beliefs are on the mark for accuracy, Sometimes, they are grounded in truth. Other times, they are needing redirection and better resources.

Using video conferencing technology allows one-on-one interactions in real time. You may not be able to go to my PT clinic, but this should not limit you from receiving my expert care. In the past 4 weeks, I have complete 40 virtual sessions. I have been impressed with the effectiveness of the interaction. 14 Day Social Distancing Mobility Challenge- Day 1

Most of us will be staying at home over the next few weeks. As gyms are closed we will need to get creative with workouts. This is an excellent opportunity to self assess and treat your mobility. Over the next 14 days, I will present you with a daily mobility workout to enhance your function!

These activities and exercises should not require much time, less than 10 minutes. I am intending the drills to be able to be completed at home with minimal equipment.
