Let’s turn our heads to the right, then to the left… Today we are focusing on cervical rotation. Other then hold our heads up and protect our nerves, our necks provide us a good amount of motion. One of its specialties is rotation! This is a motion commonly lost when we tweak our neck or have strong movement habits.

This is basically 75% of the shoulder problems I see in clinic (in clinic… remember those days).Today’s mobility will be shoulder Internal Rotation(IR).

Most of us will be staying at home over the next few weeks. As gyms are closed we will need to get creative with workouts. This is an excellent opportunity to self assess and treat your mobility. Over the next 14 days, I will present you with a daily mobility workout to enhance your function!
