Hi!

 We’re really excited to have you in the clinic, and start the path to helping you become stronger, more resilient and pain-free. We think you'll really love our newly renovated space, our treatment philosophy, and how we serve clients like you.

We wanted to confirm your Initial Physical Therapy Evaluation and provide some information to help everything go smoothly with your first visit. All of our sessions are 60 minutes -- please be sure to bring clothes that are easy to move around in!

You should have received confirmation from our booking software, PTEverywhere. This will also prompt you to create an account where you can log-in and view  and complete your intake paperwork.  If you want to fill those out beforehand, this will give you the full 60 Minutes to work with your provider. I have also linked our FAQ and Good Faith Estimate page to look over.

We are located at 3222 N St. NW Washington, D.C. 20007 on the 4th Floor. We are about 100 yards down the block from Wisconsin Ave.  On the street level of our building, you enter the door to us on the left of UPS Store (no callbox needed!), then take the elevator to the 4th floor.  There is generally 2 hour street parking on N, 33rd, and neighboring streets, and if no luck, there is a garage on the back-side of the building on Prospect St. If you park in the garage, you can take the long staircase adjacent to the garage ramp to enter our building from the back via a brick courtyard.
