We prioritize optimizing performance for distance runners through specific strength & conditioning training!

 

Our Team:

Joe - Running PT focusing on keeping runners running.

Camden - Georgetown University runner and 3:58 miler (Camden will hang around to run with the attending athletes at 8:00am after the strength & conditioning sessions).

      2. Half kneel Shoulder Press

The Details:

Muscles & Miles is a 12-session package for $240. That is only $20 per session! In DC, the average cost per session with a personal trainer is $100 and the average cost per session with a group exercise class is $40. You’ll save anywhere between $480-960 training with us.

Meet Tuesdays and Thursdays for 6 weeks beginning July 12th. Sessions begin at 7:15am at 3222 N St NW.

Optional easy run after the class for any interest led by Camden or Joe
