Pick 1-2 exercises. Perform 3 to 5 time a week as directed.
90/90 Breathing perform 12 breaths. This can performed as show in video or demonstrated in the workshop with feet on wall, chair or couch in a 90/90 position
Posterior Hip Opener Perform 20 repetitions each side
Couch Stretch Perform 45 seconds in both positions
Spiderman/Lizard with Reach perform 1-2 minutes each side
Ankle Mobilization Perform 30 repetitions each side
