Our program is led by Doctors of Physical Therapy. It is designed for the running athlete to build strength, improve performance, and decrease injury risk. We will de-mystify, clarify and implement a simple and effect exercise system for runners.

4 Months of Mobility Programming

Know what you should be doing every day for mobility, and recovery. The program starts August 8, 2023 and runs through the week of September 26, 2023.

Semi Private Training Details

This is a strength and conditioning focused program intended for distance runners to complement their running training plan.

We will be teaching the most effective mobility exercises as well as instructing optimal technique for running strength drills like squats, deadlifts, farmer carries, etc.

We will meet once a week in person for 8 weeks for 60 minutes each session. Training will be held at Joe Norton Physical Therapy in Georgetown on Tuesday Evenings at 7:30pm beginning on August 8th. An additional weekly training session will be provided virtually so that you can perform at your convenience. All training is designed and taught by Luke Cancilla, DPT and Joe Norton, PT, who are both licensed physical therapists and former collegiate distance runners.

As it will be a small group, you will receive our expertise in a personalized, focused and fun environment.

In addition to small group training, every participant will receive a running focused movement screen and treadmill gait analysis to identify underlying weak links and biomechanical issues to customize a mobility and running form program. Participants will also receive discounted PT sessions which may include manual therapy and dry needling to help with recovery and any aches or pains that may occur all season long.
